Important Win Against Northampton

Mark Yates has said he was proud with how the team battled today against Northampton.

Speaking to the Official Site after the 1-0 win, Yates said.

‘Everytime I’ve seen Northampton they ask questions of you. I thought first half we were excellent and deservedly went ahead. We didn’t get hold of the ball as well as we wanted to in the second and they gave a right good go at us. We held firm and Scott Brown’s made a couple of good saves and proving why he’s one of the best, if not the best, keeper in the league. It was a real good team effort.’
