Another weekend of league 2 action is upon us with Cheltenham facing a home game.

Cheltenham are back at Whaddon Road this afternoon as we look to end an eight-game winless streak with Northampton Town the visitors.

We paired Byron Harrison with new Wolverhampton Wanderers loanee Eusebio Bancessi last weekend and even though a three-one defeat was suffered Harrison ended his baron run and they could start together again.

Asa Hall (torn calf muscle) hasn’t featured since his injury on the opening day, he’ll miss out again but is closing on a return as the hosts look to end a run of eight games without a win.

Former Northampton loanee John Marquis could come up against his loanee side from last season, if selected of course.

Northampton’s veteran ‘keeper Matt Duke is close to returning after playing for the reserves but this weekend could be too soon. Daniel Alfei (hamstring) and Emile Sinclair could feature with John-Joe O’Toole (back) returning after injury in the warm-up last weekend. Marc Richards, Zander Diamond, Lewis Hornby and Evan Horwood are all out.
