Cheltenham v AFC Wimbledon – Team News

With the latest league 2 game drawing ever closer, ahead of Cheltenham’s home fixture, we have some team news.

AFC Wimbledon come to Whaddon Road this afternoon to face Cheltenham.

We’ll have Jason Taylor (suspension) back in contention after he served his three-match ban but Troy Brown (suspension) will now be missing for the same reason.

Asa Hall (calf) hasn’t played since the opening day of the season and remains absent.

AFC Wimbledon have experienced defensive duo Andy Frampton (ankle) and Jack Smith (knee) back from injury.

Ahead of the game assistant Shaun North told BBC Radio Gloucestershire: ‘We need to be getting back at it.

‘We’ve been robust in what we’ve done and created chances but we’ve not been able to convert them.

‘As a group we’ve got to improve. We’re defending well and we’re organised as a team but we’ve got to be better offensively.’
