One Game At A Time For Yates

Mark Yates has said that Cheltenham will continue to take it one game at a time, but he is hoping for 6 points over the Easter weekend.

Speaking to the Official Site as fans eye the Port Vale and Northampton games, Yates said.

‘These are two games in a short space of time against two sides who are both going for it like we are so if we win both it will really propel us. We’re trying to take all six points but we know it’s tough, we’ve got to take it one game at a time. We’ve all got to hold our nerve now and see where it takes us. Our thoughts and focus are purely on Port Vale, and I’ll pick a team to win the game.’

Yates also confirmed that we don’t have any real serious injury news but Penn is struggling with a knee problem and Mohamed has a niggle from the last game. Both may miss a game or two, but shouldn’t be out any longer than that.
