Paul Baker has called on the fans to travel in their numbers to make the Exeter game feel like a home atmosphere for the players.

Speaking to the Gloucestershire Echo the chairman explained that the club had laid on free travel because he wants as many fans to roar on the team as possible, especially as an automatic promotion spot is mathematically available.

‘We still have a great shout of automatic promotion and if we can take anywhere near 1000 fans to Exeter it would be tremendous. I’d like to thank Martin Coaches who have been very supportive with their pricing and now I’d urge fans to take up this offer and travel down for free and enjoy the day. Mark wanted a great turnout and if we can get the result we need it would set things up nicely for the final day of the season at home.’

The chairman adds that despite wanting the play off route last season for the financial rewards of Wembley, this year he’s desperate to get that automatic place this season.

Six coaches are already full.
