Having only taken one point from a possible twenty seven on the road this season, the Robins will be hoping for a change in fortune tomorrow.
Alex Russell (speaking to the Gloucestershire Echo): ‘We have to try and get a win at Orient and it’s a massive game for us. They have had a lot of clean sheets recently and have been quite solid. But we need to start winning away from home.’
Jason Demetriou is out through suspension, whilst Danny Granville is doubtful with a groin problem. Aidan Palmer will continue if Granville is not fit.
The former Cheltenham winger scored last week against Northampton and will be looking for more of the same against his former employees.
Dave Bird, John Finnigan and Ashley Vincent are all doubtful. Whilst, Alex Russell could start after featuring as a sub last week.
The Leeds loanee is beginning to show some quality after a slow start at Whaddon Road. More of the same would be very welcome tomorrow.
The Robins were victorious when the two sides last met in March, with Paul Connor netting the winner. The last meeting at Brisbane Road saw Orient triumph 2-0.
