Cheltenham Town have revealed that assistant manager Neil Howarth and Head of Youth Russell Milton have both now passed their A Licenses this week.

Both members of staff have been working towards the A licence in recent times, and the club are pleased to announce that they have both been successful in their efforts to improve their own abilities as coaches and improve their CV with the qualifications on offer to backroom staff members and the potential managers of the future.

Neil has been with the club since December 2009 joining manager Mark Yates on his appointment, and Russell joined almost a year later in August 2010 and since that time has had some very good success with our youth Academy and helping to bring players through the various levels within the club.

Everyone at Cheltenham offers their congratulations to both members of staff, as their achievements will certainly aide their work within the club and what we are trying to achieve.
